Dr. Henry gave me what Mother Nature left to chance; she saw a realistic potential and made it happen. Although this may sound vain and petty, going through life with a hernia from a complicated, emergency C-section is something no woman should have to live with. I have always been athletic, and I knew going into the procedure that it would be difficult. But having never actually had any other surgery (other than that complicated emergency c-section), I was really unprepared for the recovery. And I tried to go back to “normal” way, way too soon. Suffice to say I was not a very good “patient” and was unprepared for the recovery time. Dr. Henry is a trained professional. As an attorney I appreciated her no-nonsense approach. Through it all, Dr. Henry and her staff were consistently professional, attentive, patient, and responsive. And I am so happy with the results. I am beyond happy, actually; I can’t really express in words the positive change that Dr. Henry provided for me and my life/lifestyle. It was not easy, but, I would do it again in a heartbeat.
